S., a Hindu male, aged 20, a native of Fyzapau district, sought my advice on 1st May, 1938, for raise symmetrical patches of discoloration on the dors' aspect of his hands, forearms, legs and feet. He gav. the history that two months ago he noticed dar patches, about the size of a rupee, on the dorsal surfac of both wrists and ankles. The former spread upward? towards the elbows and the latter towards the toeA fortnight later new patches appeared just below tn neck, on the outer surface of both knees and behin^ the elbows.
